Goods must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Returns must be sent within 14 days of cancellation notice. We offer a 30-day return policy on all orders. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Proof of purchase is required. Custom-made or personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty.
