If a partial cancellation occurs (some items returned, some retained), only the returned items are refunded
Shipping charges are refunded only if the entire order is cancelled
Premium shipping costs are not refundable unless explicitly stated

Deduction of reasonable shipping costs from refunds will be fully disclosed
