30-Day Return Window

You can request a return within 30 business days (Mon-Fri) from the date you received your order.

To be eligible, the item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and tags.
  • Undamaged, unaltered, or unworn
  • Returned with proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or receipt)

Some items may be non-returnable for hygiene or customization reasons

  • Add cushioning to prevent transit damage

Step 3: Shipping the Return Parcel

  • You may receive a prepaid label (for defective/incorrect items)
  • If you are returning an unwanted item, you may need to cover the shipping costs.

  • 10 business days (Mon-Fri) for the bank/card processor

Return Shipping Costs

Exchanges

If the item requested is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.

Faulty or Damaged Items
