Returns & Refunds
Cooling-Off Period (UK Law):
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you may cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods. Notify us at info@racknrail.co. Goods must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Returns must be sent within 14 days of cancellation notice. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving returned goods via your original payment method. Statutory rights remain unaffected.
30-Day Returns (Our Guarantee):
We offer a 30-day return policy on all orders. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Proof of purchase is required. Custom-made or personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty.

Refunds:
Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving your return and issued to your original payment method. If not received within 15 business days, contact info@racknrail.co.

Who covers the cost of returns?
