How long does shipping take?

Cooling-Off Period (UK Law):

Goods must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Returns must be sent within 14 days of cancellation notice. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving returned goods via your original payment method. Statutory rights remain unaffected.
30-Day Returns (Our Guarantee):
We offer a 30-day return policy on all orders. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Proof of purchase is required. Custom-made or personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty.
