How long does shipping take?

We provide global shipping. Delivery times differ by location, and shipping costs are determined at checkout. UK orders have a standard free ETA of 2-3 working days and next day for express delivery.

Do you offer express shipping?

Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
If you made a mistake in your delivery address or you moved, please call us as soon as possible. Once the item leaves our workshop, we will not be able to amend the address.

Cooling-Off Period (UK Law):

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you may cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods. Notify us at info@racknrail.co. Goods must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Returns must be sent within 14 days of cancellation notice. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving returned goods via your original payment method. Statutory rights remain unaffected.

30-Day Returns (Our Guarantee):

We offer a 30-day return policy on all orders. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Proof of purchase is required. Custom-made or personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty.

How to Return:

Email info@racknrail.co to request a return. We will provide instructions and a return label if applicable. Package items securely and return as instructed.

Refunds:

Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving your return and issued to your original payment method. If not received within 15 business days, contact info@racknrail.co.

Exchanges:

Exchanges are available only for defective or damaged items. Contact info@racknrail.co.

Who covers the cost of returns?
For faulty products, we will cover the cost. However, if the buyer changes their mind, then the buyer will be responsible for the return cost.
